Gentle Yoga

Yoga for YOUR body.  Gentle and slow movements, with observations of our breath.   If you’re new to yoga, welcome!  If you’re a seasoned yoga person, welcome!  We “Move As Our Bodies Move,” and we just “Do What Our Body Does,” and we care for ourselves.  Props are our friends, and guidance for making our yoga accessible with props is shared.  No judgements; no competition.   Join us.
