Why 8:44 CT? Just a change of pace. Also: If you want to log in at 8:29 CT, we’ll share a little “Pre Practice Party” with some extra movement, music, or Self Care Tips or other “gems” of info that we have learned/observed during the week. We can also chat and greet others when they arrive. 🙂
Welcome. and beginners welcome, too! We will start with a little bouncing and preparation, set our intention, and then continue with our energy and emotions balancing qigong activities. Note: there may be some laughter included in this practice! We’ll finish up with Harvesting and Soothing of the Qi. You can sit, stand, or lie down, whatever your body feels best doing. Beginners welcome, and no experience necessary. No special exercise clothing or experience required but consider having some water and a chair nearby.
Feel free to “Zoom In” a bit early (after 8:29) to be a part of the “Pre Practice Party,” or stay five minutes at the end to connect with your “Qi Team.” To access, click the link on the Free Explorations page.
