M-F Qigong via Zoom (w/Sarah) 7:00-7:35 am PT (35 minutes) Click link on Free Explorations Page.

Welcome.  We will begin with a little bouncing and preparation, and then continue with the Spring Forest Qigong Five Element qigong activities.  Sometimes, a few “extra” qigong activities are included, and often laughter is  infused into the practice.  We’ll finish up with Harvesting and Soothing of the Qi.  You can sit, stand, or lie down, whatever your body feels best doing.  No experience necessary, and beginners welcome.  No special exercise clothing or experience required, but consider having some water and a chair nearby.

Note:  each Wednesday, Sarah leads a “dedicated healing practice” during this time via Zoom where participants, friends, relatives, or pets who might benefit from some special healing energy are “brought forward energetically” to receive healing vibes.   If you’d like, you can share info like first names, where the person/pet lives, and age via chat or email with Sarah listing the people/pets on your hearts.   Under Sarah’s direction, all of us send “healing vibes” to those on our private lists and in the chat.  And if participants are in need of healing, they can “move energetically” to the center of the circle and receive the love and healing being shared.  Always know, that cameras off and just listening are options.

AND:  Fridays are “Marrvelous Fun Fabulous Fridays!”  Sarah invites others to share their talents as they lead the Marrvelous Qi Circle on Fridays.

Feel free to “Zoom in” ten minutes before the “official starting time” to say hello and do some gentle dolphining of your neck and body.  There’s also some chatting!  🙂
