Join JoyFull Laughers, led by Joan, for 10-15 minutes of intentional laughter/laughter yoga at 8 am PT, 9 am MT, 10 am CT, or 11 am ET, every day (Sunday-Saturday). No experience necessary, and it’s free! We’ll laugh for 10-15 minutes . . . just laughter (or fake laughter is good, too!) in 2-3′ “chunks” or sometimes for a bit longer . . . or listen to the laughter . . . or move and laugh! And we’ll also enjoy the gentle, deep breaths. At the end of practice, we often laugh for a minute or two for world peace and then have some moments of silence to “let the laughter settle in.”
We know that laughter is good for us, and we can benefit from it whether it’s intentional or genuine. It’s also ok to just listen to the laughter! And if you’d like, you can even turn off your video and sound . . . just enjoy the presence of laughter in your space . . . and let it soak into your being.
